We sincerely thank the Great Dharma King for blessing us and all living beings with the highest blessing by enabling us to enjoy the book about His Holiness’s complete proficiency in exoteric and esoteric Buddhism and perfect mastery of the Five Vidyas. This is the best Buddhist book. Buddha Vajradhara’s great mastery of the sound vidya, the inner realization vidya, and the causality (logic) vidya represents the highest level of Buddha-dharma with respect to manifesting the Five Vidyas. The Great Dharma King is the true Buddha Vajradhara Master!

From the power of that book, we see that a true Buddha has again descended into this world! This is not a book. Rather, it is a crystallization of the power of omniscience. It will produce countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. As long as we learn and practice its contents, it will lead us onto the path to Buddhahood!

RESPECTED BISHOP SEICHO ASAHI
Respected Bishop Seicho Asahi was born in Hiroshima, Japan. He studied Shingon Buddhism at the Koyasan University in Japan, came to California as a Buddhist minister in 1981, and worked at Koyasan Temple for 10 years. He has been active with all segments of the community in teaching Buddhist philosophy and has engaged in interfaith activity, prison Sangha work, the Buddhist Peace Fellowship, etc. He has been the head minister of the Northern California Koyasan Temple in Sacramento for the last 16 years.

I, as a head of the Koyasan Shingon-shu North American Mission, have seen Your Holiness great accomplishments on Buddhism, which have never been seen before in the world. Your Holiness is truly the primordial Buddha who incarnate to this world to save living beings and to transmit the authentic Buddha-dharma of Tathagata. All of us from different sects of Buddhism are extremely joyful about this. This supreme karmic affinity of true Buddha-dharma is difficult to encounter in eons and today finally appears in our world again. RESPECTED WANGZHI TUDENG JIGMEI RINPOCHE
Respected Wangzhi Tudeng Jigmei Rinpoche is the abbot of Tsangtsang Temple. The Tsangtsang Temple of the Nyingma sect is located in the Aba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. That temple is a place where numerous persons of great virtue and accomplishment attained the rainbow body. Because it carries on a special dharma lineage of the Buddha, both the Kathok Monastery and the Shechen Monastery have designated the Cangcang Temple as their branch temple.
RESPECTED EBA RINPOCHE OF THE SAKYA SECT
The current 5th Eba Rinpoche received teachings from various holy adepts of great virtue. He carries on the extraordinary lineage of the 5th Sakya Patriarch. He also carries on the beseeching blessings and good fortune lineage of the greatly accomplished H.E. Tangtong Gyalpo Bodhisattva. He is a rinpoche with true talents and genuine knowledge. He has never made public when and where he left behind his hand and foot prints caused by his supernatural powers. Gexie Rinpoche, who resides at the original temple of Master Tsongkhapa, issued a document stating that The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the eternally true Buddha-dharma that saves living beings. In that document, he also stated that such Buddha-dharma is a blessing for living beings resulting from karmic causes planted by living beings since beginning-less time!

The 11th Tangrang Jiawa Rinpoche of the Skuvbum Monastery received monastic precepts from Lamo Yongzeng Rinpoche. He received those precepts together with Ajia Rinpoche, who is the reincarnation of the father of Master Tsongkhapa. Tangrang Jiawa Rinpoche issued a document stating that after his entire monastery read the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, they were astounded by the book, and that treasure book truly represents the authentic, correct dharma of Buddhism. In that document, he beseeched the ancient Buddha H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to stay in this world forever!
VEN. SUOMA RINPOCHE
The 3rd Suoma Rinpoche, who resides at the Taxiu Monastery, issued a document stating that The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is a true holy treasure that is difficult to encounter in even millions of eons. In that document, he expressed his gratitude to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III for proclaiming such holy dharma!
VEN. SUOQIE RINPOCHE
Suoqie Rinpoche of the Yelong Monastery issued a document stating that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the only one of tremendous holiness in the history of Tibetan Buddhism to have received words of respectful admiration from that many greatly virtuous ones of various monasteries. In that document, he also stated that The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation is a supreme dharma treasure that benefits living beings.
VEN. DONGPENG RINPOCHE
Dongpeng Rinpoche of the Xiaqiong Mahayana Buddha-Dharma Changlong Zhou Monastery issued a document stating that The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the essence of all Buddha-dharma that has existed since beginning of history, is Buddha-dharma that leads to rapid perfection of wisdom and liberation, is a supreme dharma treasure, and is unparalleled!

Angwen Zhaba Rinpoche of the Jiegu Monastery issued a
document stating that the magnificence of the Buddha-dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang
Buddha III cannot be described in words. Thus, he beseeched the Buddha
Vajradhara, the most respected of all Buddhas, to stay in this world forever and
purify living beings!
VEN. SIXTH BAIMA RONGZHU RINPOCHE
The respected sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche, who is the abbot of the Badeng Lazhong Temple and now seventy-six years old, was the master of the first Dege headman. He is a great holy being who was issued a rinpoche certificate by the central government of China. Many rinpoches in the Kham region have received dharma transmissions and initiations from the respected sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche. An especially large number of Indian practitioners of yoga have relied upon and received dharma transmissions and initiations from the rinpoche, who is deeply admired in India.
VEN. SOGYAL RINPOCHE, Author Of The Tibetan Book Of Living And Dying
Ven. Sogyal Rinpoche is the author of the famous book The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. After he read A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma, he was extremely moved and wrote a letter in which he expressed his wish that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s work for the Buddha-dharma and the benefit of all beings be realized to full perfection.

VEN. BAMDA TUBTEN GELEG GYATSO RINPOCHE
The 1st Bamda Tubten Geleg Gyatso Rinpoche was Manmu Dawa Tubten Geleg Rinpoche, who was the most renowned Buddhist master of the Jonang tradition in recent history. His knowledge was vast and his level of realization was high. That rinpoche was considered by the Gelug sect as the incarnation of Guru Tsongkhapa and by the Jonang sect as the incarnation of the Venerable Duoluo Nanta. Up until now, his 199 books have been the main teaching material used by all monasteries of the Jonang tradition.The current Bamda Tubten Geleg Gyatso Rinpoche became a monastic when he was a child. His knowledge is vast. He became a khenpo at a very young age and is very well respected.
