Respected Bishop Seicho Asahi was born in Hiroshima, Japan. He studied Shingon Buddhism at the Koyasan University in Japan, came to California as a Buddhist minister in 1981, and worked at Koyasan Temple for 10 years. He has been active with all segments of the community in teaching Buddhist philosophy and has engaged in interfaith activity, prison Sangha work, the Buddhist Peace Fellowship, etc. He has been the head minister of the Northern California Koyasan Temple in Sacramento for the last 16 years.

Respected Wangzhi Tudeng Jigmei Rinpoche is the abbot of Tsangtsang Temple. The Tsangtsang Temple of the Nyingma sect is located in the Aba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. That temple is a place where numerous persons of great virtue and accomplishment attained the rainbow body. Because it carries on a special dharma lineage of the Buddha, both the Kathok Monastery and the Shechen Monastery have designated the Cangcang Temple as their branch temple.

Tangrang Jiawa Rinpoche issued a document stating that after his entire monastery read the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, they were astounded by the book, and that treasure book truly represents the authentic, correct dharma of Buddhism. In that document, he beseeched the ancient Buddha H.H. VEN. SIXTH BAIMA RONGZHU RINPOCHE
The respected sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche, who is the abbot of the Badeng Lazhong Temple and now seventy-six years old, was the master of the first Dege headman. He is a great holy being who was issued a rinpoche certificate by the central government of China. Many rinpoches in the Kham region have received dharma transmissions and initiations from the respected sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche. An especially large number of Indian practitioners of yoga have relied upon and received dharma transmissions and initiations from the rinpoche, who is deeply admired in India.

Ven. Sogyal Rinpoche is the author of the famous book The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. VEN. BAMDA TUBTEN GELEG GYATSO RINPOCHE
The 1st Bamda Tubten Geleg Gyatso Rinpoche was Manmu Dawa Tubten Geleg Rinpoche, who was the most renowned Buddhist master of the Jonang tradition in recent history. His knowledge was vast and his level of realization was high. That rinpoche was considered by the Gelug sect as the incarnation of Guru Tsongkhapa and by the Jonang sect as the incarnation of the Venerable Duoluo Nanta. Up until now, his 199 books have been the main teaching material used by all monasteries of the Jonang tradition.The current Bamda Tubten Geleg Gyatso Rinpoche became a monastic when he was a child. His knowledge is vast. He became a khenpo at a very young age and is very well respected.
VEN. ZANGXIA RINPOCHE
The current Ven. Zangxia Rinpoche is the sixth Zangxia Rinpoche. The five previous Zangxia Rinpoches, all of whom had abundant knowledge and profound realization, held positions such as the chief khenpo at the Drepung Monastery in Lhasa, the dharma king at the Litang Monastery, etc.
The current Ven. Zangxia Rinpoche was born in the Cuosang Jiawa District of Litang County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. Since childhood, he liked to hear and deeply reflect on the Buddha-dharma. He has realized extraordinary supernatural powers through his practice.
VEN. ABBOT KALSANG GYALTSEN
Ven. Abbot Kalsang Gyaltsen Khenpo studied Buddhist philosophy at the Great Dialectic School in the Drepungloseling Monastery for more than twenty years. After that, he learned esoteric dharma at the Gyu De Monastery. During that time he guided the younger monks. In 1999, H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama appointed him as the abbot of the Tashi Samten Ling Monastery.
VEN. YUNDENG JIANGCUO RINPOCHE
Ven. Yundeng Jiangcuo Rinpoche is the abbot of the Tagong Lingji Monastery, a monastery famous throughout the snowy land of Tibet. He is the incarnation of Patriarch Milarepa, who is commonly known as a famous patriarch of the Kagyu sect and a great practitioner of yoga.
Ven. Yundeng Jiangcuo Rinpoche is now ninety years old. In order to provide living beings with a model of self-cultivation, the rinpoche cultivated himself in solitary retreat at the Tagong Lingji Monastery for all together thirty-four years. He spent twenty-seven of those years in continuous, unbroken solitary retreat, exhibiting the ascetic spirit that Patriarch Milarepa had. The realization of the rinpoche is high and he possesses supernatural powers. He often easily manifests in different forms or shapes to bless living beings so that they may avoid sufferings and disasters, increase their good fortune, and open up their wisdom. He also easily manifests in different forms or shapes to bless living beings by subduing demons and driving away evil spirits.
VEN. ANGWANG KHYENTSE RINPOCHE
Ven. Angwang Khyentse Rinpoche is the abbot of Gensa Temple of the Sakya sect. The eighty-seven- year- old rinpoche is the key successor to the dharma lineage passed onto him by H.H. Dzongsar Khyentse Chokyi Lodro II, who was the most virtuous practitioner in all of Tibet. The rinpoche, who is in solitary retreat on a long-term basis, is deeply respected by all of the monasteries of the Sakya sect. He possesses supernatural powers, such as the ability to generate inner-heat from his belly that can thoroughly cook an egg within a few minutes. His tummo (inner-heat) powers are second only to H.E. Kaichu Rinpoche.
VEN. JUNMAI BAIMA DORJE RINPOCHE
Ven. Junmai Baima Dorje Rinpoche is a nirmanakaya of Vajravarahi. He is the fourth Ven. Baima Dorje Rinpoche. Various auspicious signs manifested at the birth of the rinpoche. When the rinpoche was five years old, the national master of Bhutan, H.H. Dharma King Dilgo Khyentse, personally signed and issued a recognition certificate recognizing the identity of the rinpoche. H.H. Dharma King Penor and H.E. Dharma King Rabjam also personally wrote recognition certificates.
At the age of about three, the child rinpoche used two fingers to transform a small, thick Tibetan knife into the shape of a coil. After passing through many hands, that knife is now at Hua Zang Si in San Francisco, where a special place for that holy object has been established to display it for public worship and veneration. The rinpoche currently resides at the Shechen Monastery. He has received initiations from the esoteric lineage of H.H. the 10 th Panchen Lama and other persons of great holiness and virtue. The rinpoche benefits all living beings by applying the wisdom and realization of a Bodhisattva.
H.E. SAIBA RINPOCHE
Great Rinpoche Saiba of the Saiba Monastery issued a document stating that while he was in a state of meditation he saw that Master Wan Ko Yee is indeed H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. In that document, he also beseeched H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to save all sentient beings in the six realms of reincarnation within the three spheres!
H.E. THE 7 TH DZOGCHEN DHARMA KING—CHINA
The other Dzogchen Dharma King is H.E. Tenzin Longdock Nyima, who lives in the Dzogchen Monastery in China. He was born in 1974 and was recognized by Ven. Dokden Lama. The Chinese government conferred a rinpoche certificate upon H.E. Tenzin Longdock Nyima in 2003.

KING—INDIA
H.E. Dzogchen Dharma King is the head of the
world-renowned Dzogchen Monastery.
There are two seventh Dzogchen Dharma Kings. H.E. Jigme Losel Wangpo, who lives in India, was born in 1964 and was recognized in 1972 by H.H. Dharma King Dodrupchen, the supreme holder of the Great Perfection Longchen Nying-thik Dharma.
H.E. DHARMA KING ZONGKANG OF
THE KUMBUM MONASTERY
H.E. the 13th Zongkang Dharma King is the head of the Skuvbum Monastery, which is the birthplace of Master Tsongkhapa of the Geluk sect. The Dharma King issued a document stating that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has brought to living beings boundless Buddha-dharma that is based on correct understanding and correct views. That document also stated that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III represents the perfect wisdom of Buddhism!
H.E. BANMA LUOZHU RINPOCHE
Great Dharma King Banma Luozhu is the incarnation of Buma Mozha, who was the Master of Guru Padmasambhava. In 1998, he decided to pass away in a state of liberation. Dharma King Jigme Phuntok urged him to stay in the world. Dharma King Banma Luozhu issued a written document stating that the Buddha-dharma for which he had been longing for more than two thousand years has finally appeared in the human realm! That document also stated that The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the holy teaching of a Buddha and is perfect, flawless Buddha-dharma!
H.E. GREEN JEWEL CROWN DHARMA KING JIEZHONG
After H.E. the current 6th Karmapa Green Jewel Crown Dharma King Jiezhong was born, the 16th Karmapa, H.H. Great Jewel Dharma King Rangjiong Rigpe Dorje, specially sent a recognition certificate from India to recognize that H.E. Dharma King Jiezhong was in his prior lifetime the Green Jewel Crown Dharma King Jiezhong Rinpoche. In a congratulatory letter written to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, H.E. Dharma King Jiezhong stated, “A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma…allows all sentient beings living in this Dharma-Ending Age to personally realize the highest and ultimate fruit of great wisdom attained through Buddhism.”
H.E. EASTERN TIBET DHARMA KING OF THE NYINGMA SECT
H.E. Renqing Rongbo Barongbo Rinpoche of the Dechen Monastery is a Nyingma dharma king in eastern Tibet. In a prior lifetime, he was venerable Ananda, one of the sixteen venerable disciples of Sakyamuni Buddha. The status of ordinary rinpoches cannot compare to the status of the rinpoche. H.E. Renqing Rongbo Barongbo Rinpoche saw the truth that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the highest ancient Buddha, the Buddha Vajradhara who has come to this world again. Being greatly moved and full of respect, he wrote his congratulations.
H.E. Dharma King Rabjam is the dharma king of the Shechen Monasteries, which is one of the six main groups of monasteries of the Nyingma sect.
Currently, besides building monasteries, H.E. Dharma King Rabjam is propagating the dharma and benefiting living beings around the world. He also is responsible for supervising and training Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche, who is the incarnation of H.H. Dharma King Dilgo Khyentse.
MASTER OF THE FAMOUS ACTOR JET LI: H.E. LUOKUNSANG RINPOCHE
The 9th Luokunsang Dharma King is the Vajra Master of the movie star Jet Li and is also head of Bami Monastery, where Jet Li previously entered the monastic order. The Dharma King issued a document stating that he saw the true dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III that benefits all living beings. That document also stated that the accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III shine with the wisdom of a Buddha and lead us toward liberation!
MASTER OF THE ONE OF THE 7 TH DZOGCHEN DHARMA KINGS: H.E. DORJE RINZIN RINPOCHE
H.E. Dorje Rinzin Rinpoche is the incarnation of the great terton (a master of finding hidden dharma treasures) Rigzin Terdak Lingpa Unchanging Vajra. He possesses the Great Perfection Complete Essence Dharma, which is a secret treasure transmitted through the ear. Many famous great rinpoches in Tibetan esoteric Buddhism have received initiations from him, such as the 7 th Dzogchen Dharma King H.E. Tenzin Longdock Nyima.
H.E. URGYEN XIRAO RINPOCHE
H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche of the Nyingma school of Tibetan esoteric Buddhism is a great terton (master of finding hidden dharma treasures). His state of realization and virtue are remarkably profound, and he possesses great supernatural powers. In the minds of rinpoches and dharma kings, the status of H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche is incomparably high. When H.H. the Wish Fulfilling Jewel Dharma King Jigme Phuntsok, who was the master of the Dalai Lama, encountered adverse circumstances, he sought assistance from H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche.
H.E. DZOGCHEN GANOR RINPOCHE
Shortly after his birth, H.E. Dzogchen Ganor Rinpoche was recognized as the 14 th incarnation of the great terton Ratag Pelsang (also known as Karma Lekshe Drayang). The rinpoche has attained supernatural powers. He is able to gain control over his mind and directly see past, present, and future lives. As soon as he saw H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III while in a meditative state of supernatural powers, he wrote a letter to the United International World Buddhism Headquarters in which he and stated that the main content of A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma is the 84,000 dharma methods. His letter also stated that such book contains the limitless state of knowledge resulting from the two dharmas of realization and enlightenment.
H.E. KHANDRO RINPOCHE
H.E. Khandro Rinpoche is the eldest daughter of H.H. Dharma King Mindrolling Trichen Rinpoche of the Nyingma sect. She is a great female master in Tibetan Buddhism who holds both the Nyingma and Kagyu lineages.
In May of 2007 when H.E. Khandro Rinpoche read A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma about H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, she was very happy and grateful. She immediately wrote a letter of congratulations.
H.E. MINDROLLING KHENCHEN RINPOCHE
Within the Mindrolling school, H.E. Mindrolling Khenchen’s great responsibility to transmit dharma and his high status are second only to those of H.H. Dharma King Mindrolling Trichen, who is the dharma king of the Mindrolling Monastery.
H.E. DHARMA KING NGAGWANG PEDMA NAMGYAL PALZANGPO OF THE JONANG SECT
H.E. Dharma King Ngagwang Pedma Namgyal Palzangpo of the Jonang sect, also known as Jiala Penam (H.E. Penam Rinpoche), is a man of great enlightenment. In Tibet, he is an extremely mysterious and legendary figure known to every household. When H.E. Dharma King Ngagwang Pedma Namgyal Palzangpo saw the compassion of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and realized this blessing for living beings had arrived, he immediately wrote a congratulatory letter.
MASTER OF NIANLONG RINPOCHE: H.E. DHARMA KING RENZENG NIMA
The Mighty Lion Dharma King Renzeng Nima is a great terma master (master of finding hidden dharma treasures) of the Nyingma sect.
In the summer of 2006, H.E. Mighty Lion Dharma King saw the true identity of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu Holiest Tathagata. He then stood up, performed rites of respect, put on his formal robes, and wrote a recognition certificate. That certificate stated that he personally saw that the ancient Buddha has come to this world.
